Ideal360 BillBook ("we", "our", "the service") is GST billing software for Indian businesses. This policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and application.

Information we collect

• Account details from Clerk (name, email, organisation membership).
• Business data you enter: customers, vendors, items, invoices, purchases, GSTIN, bank details, and logo.
• Usage and error logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Billing metadata if you subscribe through Razorpay.

How we use information

• To provide invoicing, inventory, reports, and workspace features.
• To authenticate users and isolate each company's data.
• To send invoice PDFs and teammate invites when you request it.
• To process subscriptions and support requests.

Data storage and security

Each workspace is stored in a multi-tenant PostgreSQL database with tenant-level access controls. We do not sell your business data. Production deployments should use encrypted connections, restricted database access, and regular backups.

Third-party services

We use Clerk (authentication), Razorpay (billing, if enabled), Zoho Mail (email, if configured), and standard cloud hosting providers. Those services process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

Your choices

Workspace owners can update company details in Settings, export CSV reports, and contact us to request account assistance. Do not store passwords or secrets in invoice notes or customer records.
